We want your order to arrive quickly and without hassle. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Free standard shipping on all orders over $45.

For orders under $45, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally. We’re working on expanding — sign up for our email list to be notified when your region becomes available.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, occasional delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@silvantahealth.com and we’ll help resolve it.
