90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all Silvanta Health products. If you’re not satisfied for any reason within 90 days of your purchase date, contact us for a full refund — no lengthy forms, no runaround.

We ask only that you’ve given the product a genuine try. Joint support works best with consistent daily use over several weeks, and we want to make sure your dog has had a fair chance to benefit before you decide it’s not working.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@silvantahealth.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief note about your experience

We’ll respond within 1 business day and process your refund promptly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no return required.

Subscription Orders

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date by logging into your account or contacting us directly. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 90-day guarantee policy.
